BCOS has been providing full service IT services to small to medium sized business in Northern California for over 20 years.  Founded in San Francisco in 1998, primary consultant John Lyons started as in-house IT Director for a large plaintiff's law firm and soon afterwards developed an independent consulting operation. 

Our goal is to bring large business IT resources and experience to small firms lacking the staffing or experience to manage their own IT infrastructure.  We're adept at identifying business needs and matching them with ideal solutions.  We understand that no one (other than IT people) wants to get into the weeds when it comes to the details.  Our role is to translate business requirements into action without encumbering you with the low level details.

The advent of cloud computing has leveled the playing field for small businesses.  Capabilities previously only available to larger organizations with dedicated IT staff are now available to everyone, at a fraction of the cost.  But the number of choices is daunting. Some offerings are better than others.  Some technologies make sense for one business but not another.
